    In partnership with Softball NB, the GDRC LEARN TO PLAY PROGRAM is a revolutionary way of introducing the sport of Softball to youth. Activities are included which foster the involvement of ALL players, including players with high and low skill levels.

    Play a different sport every week with the GDRC Multi-Sport Program and expose your family or friends to a variety of different offerings! You may experience indoor sports such as Dodgeball, Basketball, Floor Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, and Kickball. This type of league is perfect if you want to 'test-drive' different sports, or if you have a mix of people on your team with different sporting backgrounds.

A group exercise class is a great way to improve your strength and energy in a social, supportive atmosphere. You can meet new people, get fit, and have fun. This class takes into consideration the special needs of various health conditions and encourages individuals to progress at their own level and implement modifications where necessary.

Benefits: Cardiovascular, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Weight Control. Speed, Coordination and Agility, Balance and Posture. Focus, Self-esteem, Energy and Stress Management.
