    The GDRC Summer Soccer Program kick back into action EVERY MONDAY & THURSDAY @ 6:30PM at the Gagetown School fields. Look out for our students who will be on site collecting memberships and registrations! FYI - GR 3 is looking for players 12+ including high school players to have a scrimmage.

    Interested in playing recreational softball? The GDRC Mixed SP League is 75% social and 25% sport. We do have volunteer umpires/officials; and we expect individuals to respect the league’s culture of fair and fun play.

    The GDRC will be selling clothing (tees, long sleeves and hoodies) to raise money for the “Field of Dreams” project. For those not familiar with this project, the GDRC in partnership with the Village of Gagetown and the Blue Jays Care Foundation will be building our very own Field of Dreams...a brand new ball field!

What is Strength Shred Fitness?

Strength SHRED is a high intensity, fun, and effective interval/circuit workout divided into sections of 3 minutes of strength moves, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of core. You will shed fat, define muscle, rev up your metabolism, and transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance. This fitness class promises to burn fat and build muscle with a combination of compound lifting and HIIT training. Firstly, it’s upbeat – the idea of SHRED is that you alternate quick HIIT sessions – such as jumping up and down from a step or high knees runs – with weights. Secondly, our small group atmosphere is supportive, non-judgemental and no experience needed.

Team Training connects you with others!

Work as a team towards your fitness goals with team training. We focus on helping you overcome specific challenges and improve your long-term health and wellness. It’s easy to stay motivated when you know you’re not in it alone.

Program Details:

  • 1x per week (Tuesdays) @ 6-7pm
  • Oct 2nd – June 4th
  • Gagetown School Gymnasium
  • Free program (with the exception of a GDRC Membership)
  • No equipment or experience needed!
